MEET THE TEAM
Ron Blair
President
After graduating with a degree in Business Management, Ron began full time with Double Jay in 2000. After Ron spent several years in the field, followed by a project supervisor, then estimator and project manager, Ron now serves as President of the company, overseeing general company operations.
Randy Blair
Vice President
After teaching and coaching for eight years, Randy transitioned into construction. First a partner in Double Jay, he soon became the sole owner. Balancing the company and family was challenging. Ron came on board after college, recently Joined by Nikki. The company is now successfully transitioning to the next generation.
Lee Overturf
Vice President
Lee earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management from The Ohio State University. After fifteen years as an Estimator, Project Manager, and Vice President at SilverHawke Construction, Lee joined the Double Jay team in 2012 in the same capacity. Lee remains a lead estimator and project manager at Double Jay.
Kelly Long
Director of Operations
Kelly started part time with Double Jay in 1987 while still in high school. After high school, he became a full time general laborer, learning all the construction skills and processes from Randy. Kelly continued to work his way up through the company and now is our Field Superintendent overseeing all of the operations in the field.
Jenny Long
Office Manager
After a 25 year career in Banking Jenny’s path led her to the Construction Industry. Jenny joined the Double Jay Team/Family in 2021 as Office Manager. Jenny works to ensure the company runs smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks.
Nikki Blair Jones
Director of HR & Marketing
After a 23-year career in Education and Administration, Nikki joined the family business as part of the Double Jay Team. Nikki has been with the company since 2020. With her background in art and administration, Nikki easily transitioned into handling the company’s human resources, marketing, and networking needs.
